Taking a Holistic Approach to Preventing Youth Violence
In this episode Elizabeth Burke Bryant interviews Teny Gross, Executive Director of the Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence, and Sal Monteiro, Jr., the Institute's Director of the Juvenile Reentry Program. The Institute is a highly effective program in Providence, RI working to teach by word and example the principles and practice of nonviolence, and to foster a community that addresses potentially violent situations with nonviolent solutions.
