Video on Mother-Child Relationship (Still Face Experiment)

This video shows an infant's awareness and responsiveness to her mother's interaction with her, showing the impact of early learning on the developing infant's behavior. The baby uses all of her abilities to gain the attention of her mother. 

The video clip was included in the keynote presentation of Harriet Meyer, President of the Ounce of Prevention Fund in Chicago, at the release of the 2009 Rhode Island Kids Count Factbook.
