The 2004 Rhode Island KIDS COUNT Factbook was released at our annual breakfast at the Crowne Plaza at the Crossings. Over 600 politicians, policymakers, advocates, community leaders and other friends of children joined together to celebrate a new year's worth of information on the status of children in Rhode Island.
