A Great Day for Children

The 2003 Rhode Island KIDS COUNT Factbook was released at our annual breakfast at the Providence Marriott. Nearly 500 politicians, policymakers, advocates and friends of children joined together to celebrate a new year's worth of information on the status of children in Rhode Island.
